Refund Policy

At BabaNBear, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party fulfilment partner, Printful. This policy explains how we handle refunds, replacements, and returns.

Made-to-Order Items

All BabaNBear products are made especially for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review product descriptions and the size chart carefully before ordering.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • There is a confirmed printing or manufacturing error

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. In some cases, additional information may be requested to verify the claim.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns of non-defective items.

Claim Timeframe

In line with Printful’s policies:

  • Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be reported within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for consideration.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Email babanbeargotmail@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

  • Wait for confirmation and next steps from our support team
