Welcome to BabaNBear. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our made-to-order apparel. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

BabaNBear reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect once posted on our website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Sizing & Size Chart Disclaimer
Sizing information is provided as a guide only. Measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order. BabaNBear cannot accept responsibility for sizing issues where the size chart has been consulted prior to purchase.
4. Pricing & Payments

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

BabaNBear reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorised transactions.
5. Orders & Acceptance

An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. BabaNBear reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities per order.
6. Fulfilment & Shipping

All BabaNBear products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party fulfilment partner, Printful.

Processing times and estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and are estimates only. BabaNBear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Responsibility for delivery remains with BabaNBear until the order is delivered. In the event of a lost shipment, we will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue in line with Printful’s policies.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Made-to-Order Products)

Because all BabaNBear products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Refunds or replacements are only offered in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged or defective

The wrong item was received

There is a confirmed printing or manufacturing error

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. In some cases, additional information may be requested to verify the claim.

Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at our discretion. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and non-defective items are not eligible for return.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items

Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted promptly. In line with Printful’s policies, claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery for consideration.
9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of BabaNBear and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BabaNBear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
